Jed is able to work with individuals, duoโ€™s and/or small groups as every session is tailored specifically to you to ensure you are training in a way that will help you meet your goals and to ensure you are breaking new physical and mental barriers whilst enjoying the process.

Jed is focused on keeping the process as simple as possible. He approaches everything in a way thatโ€™s easy to follow from correct training techniques to specific workout routines.

Jed Is a nationally accredited and certified Personal Trainer, who is highly experienced and passionate in helping others to achieve their fitness goals. Jed caters to all different fitness and experience however he has two main areas of interest when it comes to the training side of things:
